Kupperman Companies purchased the historic building at 4917 Freret in 2024 in partnership with NOLA Capital Partners. Construction is underway to convert the property into an innovative restaurant with a swimming pool. Cicada is the architect and designer, JLV Construction is the general contractor and AKA lead branding.
