Kupperman Companies purchased the former Our Lady of Lourdes School site at the corner of Freret and Napoleon in partnership with Fuselier Realty. Together, Kupperman and Fuselier led the entitlement and zoning process, securing the necessary changes to obtain permits for the first Trader Joes in Uptown New Orleans. Demolition is underway and Trader Joe's is scheduled to open in 2026! MetroStudio is the architect.
