Kupperman Companies acquired 2400 1st Avenue North in Birmingham, Alabama, in 2022 in partnership with GBX Group. 2400 1st Avenue North is a historic former brothel and consists of 10,000 square feet and two parking lots in downtown Birmingham. Redevelopment plans are underway.
