Zachary H. Kupperman

Founder & CEO

Zach is the Founder and CEO of Kupperman Companies.  He is an experienced developer and entrepreneur.  He has over a decade of experience developing real estate throughout the Southeast.  Current and past projects include hotels, multi-family, mixed-use, and retail. Zach sets the overall strategy for the firm and oversees all acquisition, development, and financing efforts.

Mr. Kupperman is very active in the New Orleans community. He currently sits on the boards of the Anti Defamation League - South Central Region, The N.O.C.C.A. Institute, the Touro Infirmary Foundation, French Quarter Festivals, Inc., the Pontchartrain Beach Foundation, and the Lower Garden District Association.

Mr. Kupperman previously practiced law as a real estate, business, and corporate attorney. Zach earned his B.A. from the University of Texas at Austin and his J.D. from Tulane University Law School.

Emily Fevrier

Development Manager

Emily focuses on development, project management, underwriting, and business operations. She’s led several projects at Kupperman, including the repositioning of The Catahoula Hotel, the renovation of 619 Royal Street into Maison de KREWE, and the redevelopment of the historic New England Mutual Building into the mixed-use Baronne Manor.

Emily started her career as an associate at a commercial development firm where she helped develop a small hotel in New Orleans’ Garden District and a multifaceted day spa. Previously, Emily worked at a national construction firm specializing in building high-end retail stores for large brands nationwide.  Emily earned her B.S. from Tulane University, where she studied finance and economics.

Mobi Nanol

Controller

Mobi oversees Kupperman’s accounting, financial reporting, and controller functions. She coordinates accounts receivable and accounts payables, payroll functions, construction accounting and property accounting. Prior to joining Kupperman, Mobi held roles as an assistant manager at CitiBank, an analyst at Deutsche Bank, and worked as an accountant at Frontline Accounting. Mobi is a certified accountant and received her undergraduate degree in Management Accounting from Notre Dame of Marbel University.

Patrick Dougherty

Senior Development Manager

Patrick is responsible for supporting projects through all stages of the development process. He primarily focuses on project analysis, financial modeling, land use, and project management. He also works in acquisitions and property management. Prior to Kupperman, Patrick worked as an analyst at HRI Properties and as a consultant at a land use firm. Patrick holds a B.A. and a Master of Sustainable Real Estate Development from Tulane University.

Gladys Atienza

Senior Financial Analyst

Gladys focuses on financial analysis, project feasibility, underwriting, and due diligence of new and existing developments. She also supports asset management and investor relations. Prior to Kupperman, Gladys worked as a senior analyst at a real estate company where she sourced and underwrote off-market real estate acquisitions. Gladys holds an MBA and a B.S. in Business Management from the University of Batangas. She was the valedictorian of her high school class and is a renowned chess champion.

Angelica “Geli” Q. Corpuz

Administrative Assistant

Geli serves as the firm's lead operations and administrative coordinator. She provides administrative support to our property management and project management teams. She is also responsible for a variety of company-wide operational functions. She joined Kupperman after several years in marketing and administration at a large life-insurance company. She received a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of the East in 2018.

Judy Ponce

Junior Architect

Judy joined the team in 2023 as a Junior Architect. Judy provides architectural and design support across our portfolio. Previously, she worked as a Junior Architect at SDW Realty & Development, where she worked on designing commercial projects. Prior to SDW, Judy Anne worked as an Architectural Designer at VERO Designs and at J.T. Angeles & Partners as a Junior Architect. Judy earned her Masters of Science in Architecture from the Technological Institute of the Philippines and her B.S. in Architecture from Adamson University.
