Zachary H. Kupperman
Zachary H. Kupperman is the Founder and CEO of Kupperman Companies. He sets the overall strategy for the firm and oversees all acquisition, development, investment, and financing efforts. With over a decade of experience developing real estate throughout the Southeast, his current and past projects span hotels, multi-family, mixed-use, and retail.
Mr. Kupperman is deeply committed to the New Orleans community. He serves on the Manning Family Children's Hospital Board of Trustees and serves or has served on the boards of the Anti-Defamation League, The NOCCA Foundation, the Touro Infirmary Foundation, French Quarter Festivals, Inc., the New Orleans Police & Justice Foundation, and the Pontchartrain Beach Foundation.
Prior to founding Kupperman Companies, Mr. Kupperman practiced law as a real estate, business, and corporate attorney.

Patrick Dougherty
Patrick leads projects through all stages of the development process, with a focus on project management, analysis, and land use. He also oversees property management and operations. Prior to Kupperman, Patrick worked as an analyst at HRI Properties and as a consultant at a land use firm.

Harold is a seasoned accounting professional with over a decade of experience in corporate finance, auditing, and real estate accounting. He oversees financial operations across all project entities, ensuring precise reporting, compliance, and strategic fiscal management. Previously, Harold served as Accounting Director at LZV CPA, Inc., and held senior roles at Ernst & Young and Lexmark.
