Hotel Saint Vincent, New Orleans, LA
The St. Vincent's Guesthouse was an historic hotel in New Orleans' Lower Garden District originally built as an orphanage in 1861. Kupperman Companies and its partners acquired the property in 2017. After an extensive renovation, we opened Hotel Saint Vincent, a 75-room boutique hotel with two restaurants (San Lorenzo and Elizabeth Street Cafe), three bars (Chapel Club, Paradise Lounge and Pool Bar), a pool, and event space Evangeline Hall. Lambert McGuire Design designed the hotel, Austin-based MML Hospitality manages the hotel, New Orleans-based MetroStudio was the architect, Vida Masterplanning + Design was the landscape architect, New Orleans-based Palmisano was the general contractor, and Strobel Development was our co-developer.
