Zachary H. Kupperman
Zachary H. Kupperman is the Founder and CEO of Kupperman Companies. He sets the overall strategy for the firm and oversees all acquisition, development, investment, and financing functions. With over a decade of experience developing real estate throughout the Southeast, his current and past projects span hotels, multi-family, mixed-use, and retail.
Mr. Kupperman is deeply committed to the New Orleans community. He serves on the Manning Family Children's Hospital Board of Trustees and serves or has served on the boards of the Anti-Defamation League, The NOCCA Foundation, the Touro Infirmary Foundation, French Quarter Festivals, Inc., the New Orleans Police & Justice Foundation, and the Pontchartrain Beach Foundation.
Prior to founding Kupperman Companies, Mr. Kupperman practiced law as a real estate, business, and corporate attorney.

Patrick Dougherty
Patrick leads projects through all stages of the development process, with a focus on project management, analysis, and land use. He also oversees property management and operations. Prior to Kupperman, Patrick worked as an analyst at HRI Properties and as a consultant at a land use firm.

Controller
Sreenu Mupparthy
Sreenu oversees accounting and financial reporting across the firm's project entities, including monthly and quarterly reconciliations, fund-level reporting, and internal controls. Prior to Kupperman, Sreenu served as a Senior Consultant at Deloitte, where he led fund validation and financial control testing for U.S. financial institutions, and as an Assistant Manager at Genpact, where he led real estate and investment accounting teams. He brings more than fourteen years of experience in real estate, investment, and capital asset accounting, with deep expertise in Yardi Voyager, U.S. GAAP reporting, and process improvement as a certified Six Sigma Green Belt.

Operations Manager
Naman Bhatia
Naman oversees day-to-day operations for the firm and its portfolio, building processes, managing vendors and service partners, and ensuring consistent standards across properties. He brings more than seven years of operations experience in luxury hospitality and service businesses. Prior to Kupperman, Naman managed operations for a portfolio of luxury properties at Auraya Homes, co-founded a hospitality catering business, and led operations and industry partnerships for a hospitality management institute.

Assistant Project Manager
Neha Kadhre
Neha supports the firm's development and property operations teams, coordinating project schedules, documentation, lease administration, and tenant and vendor communications across the portfolio. She combines a civil engineering background with formal training in program and project management. Prior to Kupperman, Neha was a Property Operations Specialist at Gallagher & Mohan, where she managed rent collections, ledger reconciliations, leasing, and marketing for a multi-property U.S. residential portfolio.

Kanishka Bothra
Kanishka leads social media and content strategy for Kupperman Companies and its portfolio of properties and ventures, developing brand storytelling, campaigns, and creative across digital platforms. She brings extensive experience in content marketing, copywriting, and paid social campaigns. Prior to Kupperman, Kanishka served as a Content Marketer and Creative Strategist at Lume and headed the creative and content strategy team at Savvytree, where she worked with leading consumer brands.

Anubhav Malik
Anubhav supports the firm's acquisition, development, and asset management efforts through financial modeling, investment underwriting, and due diligence across all projects. Prior to Kupperman, Anubhav was a Real Estate Financial Analyst at a development firm specialized in multifamily, retail, and mixed-use developments, a real estate analyst at Gallagher & Mohan, and earlier a fixed income and cross-asset market analyst at Intercontinental Exchange.
