Maison de KREWE, New Orleans, LA

Maison de KREWE is a mixed-use, experiential retail concept in the heart of the French Quarter. Located on world famous Royal Street, Maison de KREWE is a lifestyle house and concept space tastefully expressed by and for enthusiasts of fashion, food, design and creativity. Anchored by KREWE’s new two-story flagship location, the house seeks to host brands, artisans, and entrepreneurs that target different offerings to the market expressed via similar design sensibilities. The current structure’s history dates back to 1799, with its recorded story including serving as the home of former U.S. President Gen. Zachary Taylor and housing the famed Southern Marigold restaurant. Maison de KREWE pays homage to the Fashion Houses of Europe where the flagship namesake brand invited and supported other brands targeted at different regions of the market. The project team includes Kupperman Companies as the developer, in partnership with KREWE, Olivia Erwin Rosenthal as the interior designer, Trapolin-Peer Architects as the architect of record, and NFT Group as the general contractor. Opening summer 2022.
