Kupperman Companies purchased the historic building at 4921 Freret in 2024 in partnership with NOLA Capital Partners and converted the project into a Cinnaholics, a unique make-your-own cinnamon roll concept.
The acquisition reflects the firm's continued focus on the Freret Street corridor, one of New Orleans' most dynamic neighborhood retail strips, and its ability to identify and activate underutilized historic commercial buildings with compelling food & beverage tenants.
