The Rampart Hotel, New Orleans, LA

The Rampart Hotel is an all-suite boutique hotel in the heart of downtown New Orleans. Built in the 1800’s and located at 300 S. Rampart Street, The Rampart Hotel is on one of the most historically significant blocks in New Orleans: the “Birthplace of Jazz.” Kupperman Companies, in partnership with ERG Enterprises, purchased the blighted and abandoned property in 2018. We converted and repositioned it from its previous use as medical offices into the boutique hotel. Concordia Architects was the architect and NFT Group was the general contractor. The hotel features a massive mural of Louis Armstrong from world renowned Brazilian street artist Kobra.
